OMARA was engaged early on to help evaluate several alternative premises for lease by Investec.  OMARA directed the test-fit process, developed preliminary construction budgets, feasibility reviews and made recommendations to Investec during lease negotiations.

Investec corporate standards required extremely high-end materials and finishes, and OMARA faced the challenge of meeting the design criteria while controlling a tight budget.  Specialty items were diligently researched, purchased and sent to the appropriate fabricators for timely inclusion in the construction schedule.

OMARA also acted as Investec’s liaison with the landlord. Our involvement helped ensure a positive and productive working environment. Investec has employed OMARA as their Construction Manager since 2004.
