Bleacher Report owned by Time Warner/Turner is a leading
sports content publisher and one of the fastest growing sports
media websites in the United States. Since launching in 2008,
they have grown to an audience of over 11 million visitors
each month. In 2013 OMARA was hired as Construction
Manager and General Contractor to build Bleacher Report’s
12,000 s.f. office/studio at 888 7 th Avenue, NYC. It took only
3 years to outgrow that space and in 2016 OMARA was
brought on once again as the Construction Manager/General
Contractor for their latest project; Construction of a 36,000-
sf. office and studio space. Highlights include a basketball
court, two studios, an interconnecting stair over 30’ in height,
a skybox conference room suspended between the 2 nd and 3 rd
floors, an indoor chiller plant, an expansive computer
equipment room, and a sports bar.
