When Court TV’s original Construction Manager failed to meet their needs and expectations, OMARA was given the opportunity to manage the complicated construction and logistics mandated by Court TV’s exponential growth.

Thanks in large part to the famous O.J. Simpson case, Court TV needed to restack and significantly expand their space at 600 3rd Avenue.

Ultimately the project entailed the renovation of 170,000 s.f. (10 floors), and included the construction of cutting-edge Data Center and Master Control Rooms; dozens of Edit Rooms, TV and Sound Studios, as well as richly appointed Conference Rooms and Executive Offices.

By the time the dust had settled, over 700 employees had been affected, at a cost of almost $25 million.
