The Cooling Towers at 100 Maiden Lane had been in continuous 24/7 operation for almost 25 years without major service. There was never a good time to shut down for maintenance and the active Towers were literally falling apart.

Working together with FMC engineers, we developed redundant cooling towers twinned with energy efficent Heat Exchangers to support the buildings existing infrastructure.

Only days after this new system was in operation the old Cooling Towers collapsed.

Both we and our client were thrilled that we dodged a catastrophe.
