Turner Sport’s Bleacher Report is the fastest growing internet sports network in the country. After quickly outgrowing their 2,000 sq. ft. Chelsea office, they were in desperate need of a larger space to meet their current and future expansions. OMARA was hired by Time Warner (parent company of Turner) as Construction Manager to plan, budget, schedule and build their new 13,000 sq. ft. space.

Detailed pre-construction planning and cohesive teamwork with the consultants allowed OMARA to complete the project, which consisted of a Broadcast Studio, Production and Edit Rooms with full supplemental AC, Private Offices, Break Room with 2 Bar Areas, 50 TV monitors, and a VideoMatrix Wall, in only 7 weeks.
