When Oppenheimer & Co. decided to move into 267,000 sq. ft. of the former Goldman Sachs Headquarters at 85 Broad Street, they needed the right Construction Manger.
The project included the construction of (2) new data centers, renovation of the conference center and trading floor, as well as private offices, toilets, stairwells and kitchen.
