After 3 short years, Bleacher Report outgrew their 13,000 SF space at 888 7th Ave. and in 2016 OMARA was once again brought on. It took only 3 years to outgrow that space and in 2016 OMARA was brought on once again as the Construction Manager/General Contractor for their latest project; Construction of a 36,000-sf. office and studio space. Highlights include a basketball court, two studios, an interconnecting stair over 30’ in height, a skybox conference room suspended between the 2 nd and 3 rd floors, an indoor chiller plant, an expansive computer equipment room, and a sports bar.
