Mr. Navins’ advanced engineering education and his 25 years of commercial interiors experience has made him an industry leader and the backbone of our project team. His expertise in problem solving
is a key reason Mr. Navins has amassed a proven track record of successful projects and
long-term clientele.

Mr. Navins has a breadth of experience with highly technical and challenging projects. Critical system and building infrastructure are a particular specialty.

As a hands-on construction management professional, Mr. Navins keeps in close contact with all our clients and projects. His leadership is essential to driving each project to a successful completion.



Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Ciciolla-Bruno is the Chief Operating Officer of our firm. She has been a valued member of the team since the organization’s inception almost 34 years ago.

Ms. Ciciolla-Bruno has been instrumental in building a strong foundation for OMARA. She manages all Administration, Human Resources and IT Departments, and also lends her talents to special projects, in both a design and project management capacity.

As Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Ciciolla-Bruno’s organizational and problem solving skills have proven to be vital assets to our firm. Ms. Ciciolla-Bruno’s skill set allows her to balance all of her tasks while keeping both clients and employees satisfied.




Mr. O'Mara is the Principal of our building construction and consulting firm. His variety of experience covering over thirty years in the building industry is the foundation on which our professional service firm was established in 1984.

Mr. O'Mara established The OMARA Organization, Inc. to provide sound building industry advice to medium size owners and tenants who lack a full-time facilities department. The firm has the capability to organize the entire building process from building selection, all estimating, scheduling, purchasing and, finally, the day-to-day construction management at the jobsite.

As Principal of the firm, Mr. OMARA continues to provide the guidance that has made OMARA what it is today an industry leader.



Senior Project Manager

Mr. Massett brings Twenty-Two (22) years of construction experience to the management team, and has a vast knowledge of high-end commercial and corporate construction. He is experienced in all phases and positions as a Construction Manager and General Contractor.

Mr. Massett has successfully completed projects for many large Fortune 500 companies as well as medium sized and small start up businesses. His attention to detail and consistent approach to the entire construction process provides a level of trust comfort and familiarity to our clients which help to form long lasting relationships.
