In 2012, Turner Broadcasting acquired Bleacher Report, at the time the fastest growing internet sports network in the country. They were quickly outgrowing their current 2,000 square foot Chelsea NY office and in desperate need for a larger space to accommodate their current and future expansions. OMARA was hired by Time Warner (parent company of Turner) as Construction Manager to plan, budget, schedule and build their new 13,000 sq. ft. space.

Detailed pre-construction planning and cohesive teamwork with the consultants allowed OMARA to complete the project, which consisted of a Broadcast Studio, Production and Edit Rooms with full supplemental AC, Private Offices, Break Room with 2 Bar Areas, 50 TV monitors, and a VideoMatrix Wall, in only 7 weeks.
