Plus One Fitness has been a pioneer and leading innovator of Corporate Wellness Programs and Personal Fitness Centers for two decades.

OMARA was engaged to build Plus One’s prototype facility which has been the basis for 30 successful installations nationwide.

The 10,000 sq. ft. project at One World Financial Center includes two new mezzanines to take advantage of the 20 ft ceiling height. Changing Rooms are private complete with toilets and showers. Workout clothing is provided. Personal trainers lead clients thru individual work-out stations supported by a state of the art HVAC system. A complete orthopedic Physician Suite was also included.
